Cairngorm Brewery

Established in 2001, The Cairngorm Brewery Company situated in the village of Aviemore, not far from the Boat Hotel . This multi award-winning brewery is the purveyor of exquisite traditional ales with a fresh new edge, created using well-established brewing methods from the finest malted and roast barley, hops and crystal clear mountain water.

The Cairngrom Brewery Company produces 720 gallons (3240 litres) of the finest of ale each day, including traditional Scottish recipes such as Stag and Wild Cat, as well as new contemporary brews such as Trade Winds and White Lady. The Cairngorm Brewery Company is open to the public, and offers guided tours and the chance to sample some of these world-renowned ales. The Brewery’s small shop sells the full range of bottles, together with polypins and party barrels of our permanent and seasonal cask products.
