Burns Night Supper

Join us for a memorable Burns Night Supper to celebrate our national poet Robert Burns whose message of friendship and Auld Lang Syne lives on.
Special guest: 'Spud' the piper who will pipe guests into restaurant and address the haggis in true Scottish style. Guests will also be given a complimentary dram of whisky for the toast.

Starters:
Cullen skink; smoked haddock and potato chowder
Classic Caesar salad parmesan and croutons
Duck Liver Pate with Red Onion Chutney and Scottish Oatcakes

Boiled haggis with tatties, neeps and whisky shot
Vegetarian Haggis
Main Course:
Slow cooked shoulder of Perthshire lamb, mashed potato and thyme jus
Chicken supreme, pearl barley broth, drambuie sauce
Ricotta spinach and mushroom cannelloni mozzarella and tomato sauce
Dessert:
Winterberry Cranachan
Sticky toffee pudding
Chocolate mousse cake and Baileys crème anglaise
