The Capercaillie restaurant is a fine dining experience and has received 2AA Rosette Award every year since 1999.
The Restaurant is discreetly stylish, with an intimate and peaceful atmosphere. The cuisine is prepared with a contemporary twist. The menu changes every month with a selection of the finest ingredients being put together by our chef John Dale, a seven course tasting menu is also available. The traditions of Scottish cooking using fresh local produce in a modern style.
Restaurant is opened from 7 pm to 9 pm . Opening times may vary during the quieter winter months. The restaurant is available for private dining throughout the year.
