Kids Concierge – what shall we do today

We love it when families stay with us - after all, we are a family-run hotel! In fact, we think kids are so important that we came up with the idea of a Kids’ Concierge to help before you arrive and while you’re here.

Tickets and itineraries…
When you make your reservation at our child friendly hotel, our Kids’ Concierge will get in touch to find out if there’s anything they can arrange on your behalf such as tickets to shows or events, booking a special restaurant, or even devising a dream itinerary that matches your family’s tastes and ages. Our Kids’ Concierge will also ask you what your children love to read, watch and eat - and we’ll do our best to stock up ready for when you arrive.

Bike rides and picnics…
Our Kids’ Concierge will greet you when you arrive and continue to be around throughout your stay.  Fancy a family cycle through the woodlands to Loch Garten or hiring a canoe on Loch Morlich? A game of frisby or tennis? Want to fly a kite? They’ll sort out whatever you need.

We understand that when the kids are happy, the grown-ups can relax and enjoy themselves too. So if there’s anything you need at all, please just ask. Nothing’s too much trouble. It’s what our attentive service at our family friendly hotel is all about!
